  • About the role: Arthur is looking for a driven recruiter who is excited to directly impact the company’s future by identifying and attracting excellent candidates. The role gives a great opportunity to drive hiring results and develop, implement, and execute broad recruiting strategies.
  • This is a full-time role out of Arthur’s New York office.

As a Technical Recruiter at Arthur, your responsibilities will include:

  • Design and own the entire recruiting life-cycle, including job description generation, sourcing, interview process design, extending offers, and closing candidates for technical and product roles.
  • Actively source and engage talent via: leveraging referrals, sourcing new leads, utilizing technology, engaging with external recruiting partners, attending events, and more.
  • Provide an excellent candidate experience from the first call through to offer.
  • Track recruiting progress and own reporting as well as identifying opportunities for improvement across company recruiting.

The ideal candidate has:

  • At least 2 years of full-lifecycle experience recruiting technical roles such as Data Scientists, Software Engineers, Site Reliability Engineers, Product Managers, or Product Designers, for an early stage startup or company experiencing rapid growth.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Demonstrated ability to prioritize competing needs and generate new solutions to recruiting challenges.
  • Dedication to creating a more inclusive and diverse work environment and team.
  • Critical and data-driven approach to managing candidate pipelines and stakeholders.
  • Strong problem solving skills and proven history of building processes from the ground up.
