Hi, we’re Bloom & Wild. We don’t just send flowers. We help our customers to care wildly. Caring wildly is celebrating the little things we all do for each other every day. Not just the big occasions. It’s being there for the highs. Stepping up for the lows. We care wildly about people and our planet. Which is why we’re so proud to be a certified B CorpTM – committed to making long-term positive change for our community, and the world around us. Founded in 2013, our mission back then was to make sending and receiving flowers the joy that it should be, by harnessing technology, brand and letterbox delivery. We announced £75 million Series D funding in 2021 and that same year acquired bloomon in The Netherlands and Bergamotte in France. Together, we’ve fulfilled and delivered over 20 million orders (and counting!), making us the largest direct to consumer flower business in Europe. Now home to a family of 3 beautiful brands, we’re driven by our vision to create the destination for making life a little more thoughtful and beautiful. And we won't stop at flowers and plants. Starting with the Bloom & Wild brand, we're expanding our gifting offering to other categories like cakes, candles and cocktails. This is all part of our ambition to build Europe's #1 direct to consumer gifting destination. 🛠️ The Comercial Team @ Bloom & Wild Group Our team cares wildly about delivering ambitious and profitable growth across all of our markets, categories, and brands. We’re firmly focused on operating profit, whilst also keeping an eye on the long term commercial view, and our wider business goals, in everything that we do. This may sound like a cliche, but we really are a bunch of fast-thinking problem-solvers. Think Deeply, Act Swiftly really comes into play in our team. Our Slack channels are full of threads of our team coming together to solve a problem, sharing knowledge and resources, and all working together for our shared mission. We know where we’re headed, and we’re all ready to jump in to support each other to get there. We’re a distributed team, and we currently have team members all across the UK and Europe! We work very frequently with almost all other functions across the business, so we’re really proud of our ability to collaborate effectively and are always looking for ways to connect and work together; making use of both our virtual tools and our lovely offices. We try to come together as a full team once a year in either London or Amsterdam for a team offsite, and throughout the rest of the year we gather in our respective country teams as frequently as we can! ⚙️ What you'll be doing: Reporting to the Partnerships & Business Development Lead for Germany & Austria, you’ll support the commercial performance of online and offline marketing channels and help grow awareness for the Bloom & Wild brand in the German market.
