Where we try to make the world a bit more beautiful - and happier - with flowers, you do the same for us by preparing a daily lunch buffet. Variation, freshness and sustainability are of paramount importance to us, furthermore, we fully rely on your experience and creativity.
⚙️ What you'll be doing:
- Plan and manage weekly lunch menus for 30–35 colleagues, including bread, salads, soups, and a hot dish, always aiming to surprise and delight.
- Take ownership of ingredient purchasing within a set weekly budget.
- Consider sustainability in all aspects of menu planning and ingredient sourcing, prioritising seasonal, local produce and responsible suppliers.
- Keep stock organised and up to date, minimising excess and spoilage.
- Bring our office kitchen to life — it’s fully equipped.
- Set up and coordinate the lunch buffet each day from 11:30 to 13:00.
- Keep the team informed about lunch updates or changes, including days off, menu tweaks, or special occasions.
- Maintain cleanliness and replenish kitchen essentials, such as cleaning the coffee machine.
- Prepare special lunches on occasion (e.g., for team meetings or events) when possible.
✅ You’ll love this role if you...
- Are available four days a week, ideally Monday to Thursday. Working students are welcome!(If you’re available for fewer days, we still encourage you to apply — Tuesdays are essential.)
- Are flexible with working hours, except for the core lunch service (10:00–14:00).
- Have relevant experience in the hospitality or food service industry — you know your way around the kitchen and can organize efficiently.
- Enjoy being a consistent, valued part of a team and get energy from connecting with colleagues — after all, food brings people together.
