About the Role:
In this role, you will be a key contributor to Causaly’s revenue growth while inspiring change as a market game-changer. Reporting directly to our Chief Revenue Officer you will work cross-functionally to build customer value and drive new business. You will be passionate about selling the offering into the current Causaly client base, and to new customers in coordination with the Strategic Account Executives.
What you will do:
- Drive new business for Causaly Cloud platform solution, selling into the existing client base and prospective new clients across North America focused on the Top 30 clients.
- Work to create new business leads as well as qualify/convert leads sourced by Causaly Management executives, sales development, marketing & the Strategic Account Executives
- Maintain a pipeline of active sales opportunities and frequently review the tactics to maintain pipeline velocity and improve conversion rates.
- Develop an understanding of assigned clients’ strategic goals, decision-making structure, key influencers, and other objectives while mapping Causaly impact through both today’s offerings and tomorrow’s potential
- Become a trusted advisor in the AI Pharma sector to existing and target Causaly clients
- Establish relationships at senior call points in Top Pharma and work to develop and qualify interest in use cases and business challenges that Causaly can address
- Liaise with Product to refine Product Market Messaging and contribute customer and market feedback about future business opportunities and current product experience.
- Become a champion for the Causaly Platform with ability to deeply discuss the value across any given product in the solution.
- Oversee the execution on strategic client POVs and deliver alignment with senior client executives throughout the process.
- Strategically orchestrate resources both internally and externally throughout the sales process
- Accurately gather and report all aspects of account and opportunity information within the CRM and Account Plans
- Accurately report on forecast/pipeline across assigned accounts
- Support the maintenance and accuracy of a targeted list of Causaly Cloud customers within the Top 30 Pharma.
- Connect customers' business needs with the Causaly Cloud platform suite
