About this role
We are looking for an ambitious, and energetic Talent Acquisition Specialist, with strong experience in both technical and commercial recruitment, to join our People team in Amsterdam and contribute towards the sustainable growth of our teams.
In this role, you will be responsible for creating a world class recruitment and onboarding experience. Your days will be a combination of spotting the right talent, getting them enthusiastic about DataSnipper, moving them swiftly through our process, and managing relationships with our hiring managers and teams. You will follow a data-driven approach to managing our full recruitment cycle. In addition, you will work on collaborative projects like employer branding and employee experience along with the rest of the team based in Amsterdam and New York!

What you will do
- As a Talent Acquisition Specialist, you will be the gatekeeper for DataSnipper.
- Sharpen our talent strategy by defining the best recruitment approach for each of our roles, in collaboration with team members and hiring managers.
- Ownership of the entire recruitment process: this means collaborating and partnering with hiring managers; creating inspiring job postings; sourcing, headhunting and reaching out to top talent; screening applicants for the best fit for the role; becoming an advocate for our candidates; facilitating the offer process and ensuring a smooth onboarding (and if needed working with external recruitment agencies)
- Maximize quality, diversity and satisfaction of applicants
- Track data on our key metrices and draw insights to improve and innovate our talent strategy, recruitment processes and technology stack
What you bring
- A passion for building diverse and talented teams.
- Between 3 to 5 years’ experience in a similar position, hiring both technical and commercial positions.
- Experience with setting up a talent strategy.
- Entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to work effectively in an ever-changing scale-up environment.
- Collaborative, proactive and positive attitude.
- Excellent project, time management and communication skills.
- Plus: Previous experience with technology start-ups and scale-ups.
