We are looking for a passionate Senior Manager to drive our Plus partnerships and campaigns.

You will be responsible for overseeing our Plus Partnerships plans internationally. Owning the strategy and execution of new partnership launches and be responsible for driving engagement post launch through tactics and campaigns. You’ll lead cross functional teams including marketing, product, legal and local markets to deliver on objectives. Whilst being responsible for driving pieces of analysis on performance and reporting these to the wider business and senior stakeholders.

What you’ll be doing

  • Campaign management & product launches: Create the strategy and go-to-market plans for our Plus Partnerships to ensure we drive awareness, engagement and adoption. This includes, assessing new opportunities, setting the objectives, creating launch strategies across different markets and working with local marketing to develop compelling creative assets and reporting.
  • Product Marketing: Develop positioning and messaging for key products and features, considering factors like the value proposition, target audience and competitive landscape. Drive insights and analysis to influence teams including Product.
  • Project Management: Lead end to end product launches and campaigns. Organise detailed plans, including deliverables and timings, driving alignment across multiple teams.
  • Stakeholder management: Work with a broad set of internal stakeholders including Leadership, Legal, Care, Product and Local teams. Along with external partners, managing relationships and projects and managing the communication of our plans.

What we’re looking for:

The right candidate will have experience managing a team that is responsible for success completions of complex projects across lots of different stakeholders.

You’ll have:

  • 5+ yrs relevant experience in Campaign Management or Product Marketing
  • Successful at leading large initiatives in a cross-functional setting
  • Experience in loyalty or subscription programmes is a nice to have
  • Experience working with external agencies, clients or partners is ideal
  • Willingness to take responsibility and dive-deep to solve problems
  • Experience working with product teams
  • Technical understanding and ability to communicate with both technical and non-technical audiences
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder/partner management skills
