We’re now looking for our first Marketing Lead — someone who can both set the strategy and execute hands-on, shaping how the world experiences Duna. This is a hands-on role with huge strategic potential to shape Duna's foundational marketing approach.

  • Define and own marketing strategy — across brand, product, content, PR, and events
  • Day-to-day execution — implement and execute on the marketing strategy, down to dotting the i's and crossing the t's
  • Craft our voice — from LinkedIn posts to press releases to website copy
  • Create content that converts — thought leadership, customer stories, product launches
  • Test growth channels — design experiments across paid, organic, events, and partnerships to find what works
  • Shape our brand identity — ensure design and language reflect who we are

What we're looking for

  • 5–9 years of experience in a hands-on marketing role at a high-growth company (B2B SaaS preferred)
  • Exceptional writer with a sharp eye for storytelling and clarity
  • Engineering mindset — you approach marketing like product: testing, iterating, and shipping fast
  • Strategic thinker, hands-on executor — comfortable switching between setting strategy and writing copy
  • Curiosity & ambition — driven to learn fast, experiment, and push boundaries
  • Collaborative energy — excited to work closely with founders, sales, and product
