Electric Gamebox:

Electric Gamebox is on a mission to reinvent how we play video games. We’ve created an immersive team challenge, which takes place in interactive Gameboxes, where players work together to win. The Gameboxes feature a range of techniques including projection mapping, touch screens, motion tracking and surround sound to deliver a fun and immersive experience with no need for headsets.

We launched at the end of 2019 in London, and now have three venues in the UK. We opened the first Electric Gamebox in the US in Dallas, TX at the end of 2020 and have huge growth ambitions in the US. Customer satisfaction is high across a broad range of customer demographics. Unit-level economics are already strong, with repeat rates high. Our Series A financing was co-led by Index Ventures and Project A Ventures in December 2019.

The Job:

As a Guest Support Assistant at Electric Gamebox, you are the first port of call for anyone wanting to reach out to our business. You know that every person you interact with is just as important as the next and you give all enquiries the level of attention to detail they deserve. You thrive on giving great customer service and exceeding their expectations.

Role Details:

  • 5 days a week (including weekends)
  • Full Time

You’ll be working on:

  • Responding to inbound enquiries (email, phone and social media)
  • Keep up to date with bookings and queries
  • Helping guests with FAQs and promoting the experience
  • Assisting in taking group bookings
  • Supporting the venue team’s enquiries
  • Responding to feedback and delivering any guest rescue required


Must Have Characteristics

  • Organized with a great eye for detail
  • Confident with computer, email and social media
  • Willing to work flexible hours
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Ability to keep calm under pressure
  • Comfortable working independently and as part of a team
  • Passion for delivering excellent customer service and experience


Previous experience in Guest Support / Customer Service
