We’re designing impactful products and experiences that fulfil all our customer and partner needs from fashion lovers to the brands, boutiques and start-ups that operate within our platform ecosystem. Our team covers the Farfetch.com website and apps, all our B2B products and in-store experiences. We’re passionate about what we can achieve together, continuously researching, testing, launching and refining new products to push the boundaries of what’s never been done before.

São Paulo

Our São Paulo office is located in the heart of the city, a region full of cultural spaces and history. The office houses several different teams, from Operations to Technology. We have an auditorium where we can host presentations, lectures and fun activities!

Our world class Product team is responsible for our customer’s journey through our platforms. The teams are split across our offices in London, Porto, Lisbon and São Paulo, and this opening is for São Paulo office.

The Role

The Product Manager is responsible for the development of one or more of our products on desktop, mobile or native apps (Android/iOS). He manages the production cycle of a multidisciplinary product team, composed by engineers and designers.

What you will do:

  • Prioritize problems, raise hypotheses and choose promising solutions to address each business opportunity.
  • Work in partnership with teams and stakeholders to solve problems collaboratively.
  • Lead the delivery of new product features: draft and prototype each feature; iterate with your product squad to design and implement it, write user stories and keep everything aligned with stakeholders.
  • Report weekly deliveries.
  • Lead discussions and guide everyone throughout a structured decision making process.

Who you are:

  • Good analytical and problem solving skills.
  • Excellent communication skills, both in Portuguese and English.
  • Proven experience within a product management role in a consumer internet company (web or mobile).
  • Ability to translate stakeholders and user needs and convert them into a compelling product vision.
  • Relevant experience in prototyping and developing digital products.
  • Excellent time management skills.
  • Being a keen advocate of quality and continuous improvement.
  • Ability to easily build relationships with the different players of the business.
  • Knowledge of Agile methodology.
  • Commitment to provide a high level of customer service to business users.
