We’re the customer experts and advocates. Our teams work on the end-to-end product lifecycle; from understanding the motivations and needs of our customers and partners, to designing and testing hypotheses, to creating industry-leading experiences for luxury shoppers, sellers and service providers. We set our Product vision and achieve our strategy in close partnership with teams across the business.

Portugal

Our Portugal offices are located in four of the country’s most vibrant cities - Braga, Guimarães, Lisbon and Porto, known for their rich historical background and warm atmosphere. The teams working in Portugal cover all areas of FARFETCH, from Digital Production to Operations, People and Technology. In our Guimarães and Porto offices you can experience the latest fashion trends in our European Production sites, and in our Braga, Porto and Lisbon offices you can immerse yourself in the tech world!

The role

Farfetch Platform Solutions (FPS) uses the technology and logistics developed for farfetch.com to provide outstanding e-commerce experiences directly to the world’s most desirable luxury fashion brands. As a Growth PM, you will work with our highest selling brands with the goal of increasing sales, user engagement and generally improving the e-commerce performance in the websites and apps operated by FPS. You will report to the Lead Product Manager and work with Data Analysts, Product Designers, User Researchers, Developers and other Product Managers.

What you’ll do

  • Gather insights from diverse sources, by working with our data analysts and user researchers
  • Work with product designers and developers to build optimization strategies targeted at objectively improving the shopping funnels of our partners’ digital channels
  • Work with other product managers to plan growth strategies
  • Lead the experimentation programs in our products
  • Be the champion for UX and data, working to support data-driven and user-centered product decisions

Who you are

  • A professional with 3+ years of experience in Product Management or related field
  • Business-focused, with a clear understanding of the main business metrics and a constant focus on the return on investment
  • Experienced in performing comprehensive product analytics covering the entire funnel from landing to post-purchase
  • Customer-focused, with an understanding of how to apply user research methods to collect customer insights that improve product evolution
  • An experimentation advocate, who can quickly spin up new experiments to test hypotheses.
  • Proficient in written and spoken english
