Summary

We are seeking a Business Operations Analyst to help build and execute an exceptional operations foundation for the Global Partnerships team at Fast. Reporting directly to the VP of Partnerships, this is a vital role in helping drive operational excellence across the organization. The BizOps analyst will cross-functionally support planning, strategy, reporting, tools, and program management across all things partnerships globally.

Role

  • Assist partnership leaders on high-priority planning and strategy projects
  • Support partnership leaders on high-visibility internal and external presentations
  • Create operational playbooks and constantly improve the team’s operational efficiency
  • Spearhead analytic and reporting initiatives, in collaboration with Sales Operations team, by creating weekly updates, monthly and quarterly reports, Salesforce dashboards
  • Lead tools optimization projects, serve as the main point of contact of partner management tools (e.g. Salesforce, PartnerStack)
  • Represent Partnerships team in cross-functional special projects

Qualifications

  • 3+ years of experience in consulting, analytics, business operations, project management at a management consulting firm, financial services firm, or hyper-growth technology startup
  • Problem-solving skills and ensuring issues are identified, tracked, reported, and resolved.
  • Proven track record of designing and implementing cross-functional projects and/or workflows
  • Outstanding attention to detail, analytical, reporting skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communications, executive presentation skills; an A+ slide artist
  • Thrive in a highly dynamic and fast-paced work environment; an eagerness to learn and grow
  • Experience working with a global, remote, diverse team
  • Familiarity with Revenue Operations systems (e.g. Salesforce, PartnerStack) is a plus
