How you will make an impact:

As the Iterable Sales Enablement Manager, you will design, implement, and manage Sales and Partner enablement programs. Your core focus will be building our Partner Enablement program, creating and delivering function-specific training and enablement for our Sales teams and external partners. You will also support broader Sales Enablement initiatives, and have the flexibility to constantly innovate through discovery or creation of new tools. You will be reporting to the Director, GTM Enablement.

Our ideal candidate has a hands-on approach while simultaneously executing and thinking strategically as we are growing quickly. In this role, you will collaborate closely with the Sales, Marketing, and Partner teams so you should be comfortable driving cross-functional alignment and strategy.

In this role you’ll get to:

  • Build Partner Enablement program strategy for internal Sales team enablement as well as external partners
  • Facilitate and manage new partner onboarding programs in our learning management system
  • Manage content and training needs around new partners. Work closely with Agency and Technical Partnerships teams to translate updates into usable content for the Sales team
  • Support the creation and delivery of training & content for Sales processes, Sales methodology, Product launches, and Sales tools
  • Support the buying and selling processes at all stages through ongoing learning programs
  • Work with Sales managers and Sales leadership team to execute effective selling, referral, and co-selling disciplines

We are looking for people who have:

  • Experience in Sales Enablement or experience in selling SaaS solutions
  • Have experience with designing and managing partner enablement programs
  • Have experience with Sales methodologies, Sales process, and Sales training best practices
  • Curiosity & desire to learn new skills and step into unknown challenges
  • Proven ability to design and deliver effective content
  • Team player who has the ability to get buy-in across departments and seniority levels
  • Be highly coachable and invested in your professional growth, development, and career path

Bonus Points:

  • Familiarity with enterprise email marketing and/or marketing automation solutions is a plus!
  • Experience with Salesforce CRM, WorkRamp, PartnerStack, or Gong
