Requirements

What you’ll do:

• Analyze customer environments to ensure the product provides real value.
• Surface gaps in customer value and increase automation of value delivery to customers.
• Build automations, dashboards, and monitoring systems that surface insights at scale.
• Set benchmarks and evaluate AI agents.
• Research and productize crucial security topics.
• Collaborate closely with product managers, AI engineers, and developers to refine and improve customer-facing experiences.

What you’ll bring:

• Proven experience in cyber security analysis.
• Strong technical analysis skills with the ability to investigate complex systems, logs, and patterns.
• Experience working with engineering, AI teams and product managers in cross-functional environments.
• Familiarity with AI-driven systems and ability to evaluate recommendations for quality and consistency.
• Hands-on experience with automation and AI to drive insight (dashboards, scripting, SQL queries, automate alerting, analyzing observability and monitoring platform).
• Builder mindset - proactive, end-to-end ownership, embraces challenges, and finds ways to automate and build prototypes .
• Customer obsession — always focused on the value customers actually receive.

Bonus skills:

• Proficiency in Python.
• Experience in working with graph-DB, network analysis or related areas.
• AI & Agent Experience: Familiarity with prompt design, AI evaluation frameworks, MCPs or conversational AI systems.
• Ambition to transition into a Product Management role in the future.
