The Recruiting Coordinator is an integral part of our Talent Acquisition team supporting the full hiring process, from scheduling interviews and preparing offer letters to ensuring systems, data, and candidate experiences run smoothly. You’ll collaborate across teams in the US, UK, and South Africa, gaining visibility into a global recruiting operation and the opportunity to grow your skills in systems, analytics, and employer branding. This role reports to the Head of Talent Acquisition and partners closely with recruiters, hiring managers, People Partners, and People Operations. The person we want is sharp, proactive, and detail-driven. You bring a strong sense of ownership and a knack for keeping things organized and on track. You love creating order, spotting what’s missing, and ensuring everything runs smoothly. Above all, you are passionate about the candidate experience. Responsibilities
- Schedule interviews across time zones, ensuring a seamless, positive candidate experience.
- Prepare offer letters and manage administrative aspects of the hiring process.
- Support hiring for manufacturing and customer service teams, ensuring timely movement and communication.
- Maintain data accuracy across recruiting systems (Lever, Spoke, and related tools).
- Troubleshoot system issues and flag process gaps proactively.
- Assist with content updates for job postings, careers page, and employer brand initiatives.
- Contribute ideas for improving candidate communications and hiring materials.

Nice to Have
- Previous experience in a coordination, operations, or admin role is a plus, but curiosity and initiative matter most.
- Proficiency in Google Workspace and familiarity with tools like Lever, Greenhouse, or other ATS is a bonus.
