MOO set out to shake up the world of print back in 2006. And we’ve come a long way since. Today we’re a 400 + strong team (we’re thinking of getting matching jackets) who create print and digital products for companies of all sizes – from Google and AirBnB to the guy who makes those amazing prints you found at a craft fair. Our global HQ is in London, UK, while we also have premises in Dagenham. In the US, you’ll find us in Boston, MA, East Providence, RI, and Denver, CO. We’re making new and exciting things – and we could really do with your help. The role The Assembly Operator will be responsible for assembling and packing products according to the objectives, ensuring quality control and maintaining stock levels at their station. The operator will report on completed orders, monitor output, and follow production priorities to meet deadlines. This role requires adaptability, effective communication, and adherence to safety protocols. Hours 2nd Shift 2:30pm - 11pm
Responsibilities:
- Product Assembly & Packing Follow instructions to assemble, pack and confirm quality on orders following company standards. Meet hourly assembly output targets
- Stock Monitoring & Reporting: Monitor stock levels and report low stock at your station.
- Workflow Management: Prioritise tasks based on deadlines. Follow the First In, First Out (FIFO) system to ensure timely completion of tasks.
- Station Maintenance: Replenish your station at the end of each shift to ensure readiness for the next day.
- Escalation & Communication: Escalate any issues that prevent work progression to the Manufacturing management team About you We welcome all types of people. But to succeed in this role, there are a few things we really need: Physical fitness No need to be a cross-fit champ, but you will need to stand for the whole shift (except meal and rest periods of course), move and lift up to 55 pounds and be able to bend or twist at the waist and knees. People skills We’re a tight knit crew. So being an awesome communicator, and always ready to lend a hand is your ticket to success. Communication skills Proficiency in English is important to ensure clear and effective communication in our fast-paced environment. Good work ethic MOO wouldn’t be MOO without you!. So, to keep our customers thrilled, we need top notch time management skills, high levels of concentration and a willingness to work overtime – including during the weekend when customer demand requires it.
