The Role:

We are looking for a Senior Product Marketing Manager, Developer who loves to blend deep technical knowledge with storytelling to drive high quality pipeline and provide content and collateral that helps move prospects through to conversion. As the first technical PMM hire, you will create motions with implementation partners, technical sales, demand-gen, as well as establish developer evangelism. You will develop a strategy to scale outreach to technical buyers.

To be successful as Sr. PMM, Developer, you should have excellent technology skills and knowledge, the ability to listen and translate and great interpersonal skills. You will be able to take the message or content and identify which method is best for communication. This role will report directly to the SVP of Product Marketing and will work closely with the Sales, Marketing and Engineering teams.

Responsibilities Include:

  • Be the lead technical evangelist of the Nacelle product line, building out differentiated technical content and demonstration scenarios that enable thought leadership and pipe maturation
  • Lead efforts to market to technical practitioners by deeply understanding their needs and use cases
  • Create technical product marketing materials, including videos, white papers, presentations, web content, and more
  • Work closely and maintain healthy relationships with product management, sales, partnerships, demand-gen, and other cross-functional teams
  • Present in webinars and other public events to evangelize our product capabilities and value
  • Contribute to marketing strategy and messaging, and help maintain technical accuracy of marketing messages

Skills & Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree
  • 5+ years of overall experience at a technology company
  • 3-5 years of experience in technical product marketing position
  • Strong technical background with hands on experience in integration, frontend and database technologies
  • Excellent written and verbal communication
  • Proactive team player who has fresh ideas when it comes to leveraging the assets that product marketing creates
  • A self-starter who takes the initiative to get things done
  • Be very thorough and detail-oriented in their tasks and deliverables
  • Be innovative with their marketing approach in reaching out to our audiences as well as in engaging them frequently
  • Communicate effectively and clearly to internal and external audiences
  • Have a great sense of humor
