Join the AI revolution by contributing to our team's mission - helping businesses efficiently deploy AI at scale. With us, you'll be building distributed systems, designing reliable and adaptive solutions, and writing code that shapes the future of how AI is used.

We are looking for an Analytics Engineer to help us build a reliable, scalable analytics layer on top of our data. In this role, you will take ownership of the full data lifecycle: owning ingestion into Google BigQuery, modeling raw data into clean, well-documented tables, and enabling self-serve reporting via Looker Studio.

You will act as a key Individual Contributor, guiding our team toward better data practices and ensuring our business stakeholders can trust the numbers they use every day.

What You’ll Do:
Data Pipeline & Modeling (The "Build")

  • Own the Pipeline: Build and optimize ETL/ELT pipelines for efficient data ingestion (using custom scripts or additional tools if needed)
  • Model the Data: Develop and maintain robust data models using advanced SQL. You will model complex data across multiple sources, specifically Salesforce (SFDC), Stripe, and product event data
  • Transformation Logic: Transform raw data into analytics-ready datasets

Data Quality & Governance (The "Trust")

  • Ensure Accuracy: Implement data quality checks, validation, and testing to ensure trusted reporting. You will be the first line of defense against bad data
  • Document Everything: Create and maintain documentation for data models, definitions, and key metrics to ensure the business understands exactly what the data represents.
  • Define Metrics: Work to define a consistent metrics layer, ensuring KPIs are calculated uniformly across the company

Business Intelligence (The "Insights")

  • Enable Self-Serve: Create and maintain interactive dashboards and reports in Looker Studio
  • Drive Usability: Partner with business stakeholders to define metrics, improve data usability, and ensure dashboards answer the right questions

Cross-Functional Collaboration

  • Partner with the Business: Work closely with Sales, Marketing, and Revenue Operations to understand their specific reporting needs
  • Translate Requirements: Act as a bridge between technical data and business strategy—translating vague business questions into concrete data models and metrics
  • Educate: Guide the team on data best practices and ensure business users understand what the metrics mean

Core Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience as a Data Engineer, Analytics Engineer, or similar Data Developer role
  • Strong SQL skills are essential. You must be comfortable writing complex queries and optimizing for performance
  • Proven experience building dashboards in Looker Studio (or similar BI tools like Tableau/PowerBI, provided you can adapt quickly)
  • SaaS Domain Knowledge. Familiarity working with business systems data, specifically Salesforce (SFDC), Stripe, and Product Events
  • Strong ability to translate business needs into technical solutions and work independently as an Individual Contributor

Tools You Will Use

  • Data Warehouse: Google BigQuery
  • Transformation & Logic: SQL, dbt
  • Ingestion: Custom Scripts if there is a need additional tool Like Fivetran
  • Visualization: Looker Studio
  • Platforms: GA4/google analytics

Salary Ranges

  • Gross Salary 4100 - 6000 eu/month
