- Conduct content audits and competitive research to inform strategy and identify opportunities.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (marketing, design, SEO, product, etc.) to ensure content aligns with business initiatives.
- Support with our ongoing CMS migration (Storyblock to ContentStack)
- Write, edit, and proofread high-quality content for various platforms, including websites, blogs, social media, email campaigns, and more.
- Oversee the content calendar to ensure timely and consistent delivery of content across channels.
- Manage and develop content for internal and external communications, ensuring consistency with the brand’s voice and tone.
- Optimize content for SEO, user experience, and engagement.
- Monitor content performance and adjust strategies based on analytics (traffic, engagement, conversions, etc.).
- Conduct A/B testing on content and implement findings to improve performance.
- Manage content distribution across various channels, including social media, email newsletters, and third-party platforms.
- Collaborate with marketing teams to amplify content reach through paid and organic channels.
- Track and analyze content performance metrics (KPIs) to measure effectiveness and ROI.
- Report on content metrics regularly to key stakeholders and provide insights for future strategy.
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, or a related field.
- At least 5 years of content marketing, journalistic, or editorial experience, ideally with an online medium or in the financial sector (Financial / FinTech experience would be an advantage).
- Exceptional writing, editing, and proofreading skills.
- Strong understanding of SEO principles and best practices.
- Familiarity with social media platforms and digital marketing tools.
- Excellent project management skills and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Creative and analytical thinker with a passion for storytelling and content strategy.
- Hands-on experience with CMS tools.
