- Preparation of timely and accurate monthly, (quarterly) and annual financial reports according to IFRS and management reports.
- Providing ad-hoc analysis to finance stakeholders within the group .
- Supporting on developing the controlling & internal reporting systems landscape.
- Evaluating internal financial processes and internal control systems.
- supporting on the development of finance business partnering, in particular on People Operations, Marketing & IT.
- Coordination of capitalization projects for internally developed IT products.
- Support auditors in conducting internal and external audits.
- A completed Business, finance or accounting degree.
- 4+ years experience in roles like financial controller or managerial accounting.
- Deep understanding of UK GAAP accounting standards and IFRS (preferable but not a must).
- IT affinity and very good knowledge of MS Office, GSuite and ERP systems (ideally Oracle Netsuite).
- Analytical thinking skills (number crunching) and a structured, independent way of working.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to explain complex contexts in a clear and easily understandable way.
- very good financial modeling skills.
- Ability to work in a fast paced environment where a high level of accuracy and problem solving skills matter.
