We're looking for an IT Change Manager to join Revolut Japan in order to manage projects and collaborate with technology, operations, and product teams. A brilliant problem solver who's passionate about IT systems, networks, and related technologies.

What you’ll be doing
- Assessing initiatives that require relevant IT changes
- Identifying dependencies, potential impact, and risks, ensuring they've been satisfactorily analysed, tested, and managed
- Collaborating on larger change and transformation programmes to take ownership of appropriate tasks and provide input as required
- Building and optimising scalable processes to continue Revolut's hyper-growth
- Leading and executing projects end to end
- Preparing reports and updating programme Directors and other stakeholders
- Resolving issues with management and stakeholders
What you'll need
- 3 to 5 years of experience in financial services or fintech (or serving it from a leading technology or IT services provider)
- Solid project management skills with in-depth knowledge of programme and project management methods and principles
- A magic skill to break complex problems into smaller ones and to enjoy working with data
- Expertise in risk-awareness and risk management frameworks, in particular “3 Lines of Defence” model for financial services
- Experience and a good understanding of financial services technology
- An understanding of regulations applicable to financial services organisations in Europe, such as PSD2, GDPR, Digital and Operational Resilience guidelines
- A broad understanding of modern technology stack
- Experience partnering with an executive team, as well as the ability to collaborate across departments to deliver results
- Knowledge and experience in retail banking and familiarity with the products and services offered by Revolut
- An exceptional level of written and oral communication and presentation skills
- Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills with the ability to analyse complex information to identify the key issue/action and drive resolutions
Nice to have
- Technology and change delivery experience at a leading/global consultancy firm
- Experience building and/or scaling up the technology function of a financial services institution or fintech
- Relevant industry-recognised certifications, such as Certified Change Management Professional (CCMP), Information Technology Infrastructure Library (ITIL), and/or Information Technology Service Management (ITSM)
