Claims Administration Officer

Responsible for providing claims administration services to the Australian claims team. This ensures exceptional service, drives growth, and maximizes bottom-line profitability. The Claims Administration Officer will deliver an agile, flexible, responsive, and compliant service to support claims team members.

Key Responsibilities

• Claim registration
• Claim allocation and assignment in line with company guidelines
• Preparation of claim payments as directed
• Claim Reconciliation
• Emailing payment remittances
• Spreadsheet maintenance
• Monitoring Claims Group email box
• Assigning and forwarding emails
• Other data entry
• Platform adoption emails and follow ups

Required skills & experience

• Knowledge of the Insurance & Finance industry and familiarity with the general insurance claims lifecycle and terminology.
• Excellent communication (written and verbal) and strong interpersonal skills to build rapport and trust with both team members and customers.
• Proven ability to manage a high volume of tasks effectively, demonstrating strong time management and organizational diligence.
• High competency in accurate data entry and professional email correspondence.
• Driven by a genuine motivation and passion for helping others, with the patience and ability to listen actively to resolve complex issues.
