As a Data Migration Specialist, you have the opportunity to serve, help and guide shop owners and their team who are improving their business with Shopmonkey. You will act as the primary point of contact in dealing with their historical data. You will help retrieve their historical data, transform it and help review it with them prior to their transition to Shopmonkey.

You have the Opportunity to:

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for data migration and review during a customer’s implementation
  • Transform data into easily digestible format for Shopmonkey
  • Deliver top tier customer service and support across all product areas and customer reported issues
  • Track multiple projects and timelines with various customers
  • Coordinate deliverables with various internal departments
  • Work with internal departments to create automated processes
  • Analytical focus on process improvements
  • Learn all about the Shopmonkey product suite and general automotive industry

We are looking for People who:

  • Relevant experience in either software implementation, project management, or data migration
  • Expert level understanding of database and data model concepts
  • Strong Excel skills
  • Experience with SQL a plus
  • Have a clear, professional, friendly and informative communication style
  • Enjoy creative problem solving and enjoying new challenges
  • Are self-directed learners and highly motivated to succeed
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
  • Thrive in a dynamic & collaborative startup environment, and are comfortable with ambiguity
  • Adapt quickly to changing priorities and evolving customer needs
  • Have a related education background (Bachelor’s degree preferred)
  • Familiarity with a SaaS business models a plus
  • As a nice plus, truly appreciate cars and/or are familiar with the automotive industry!
