Siro is a Series A company using AI to coach field sales professionals, i.e., anyone who conducts sales in person. Most sales professionals in the U.S. work in field sales, but get ZERO on-the-job coaching because they are alone in the field. Top-performing sales reps out-earn surgeons, but most do not.
Think of the person selling HVAC services, pest control, or solar panels. With Siro, these sales reps are empowered with data-driven coaching, actionable insights, and peer-to-peer learnings — enabling them to excel.
We believe that with the right tooling, field sales can become the most accessible path to financial freedom (see top secret master plan).
About the role
As a Founding Technical Product Manager, you will be a partner to the founders, Joe and Jake, working hands-on to shape the vision, roadmap, and execution of our product. You’ll take full ownership of the product lifecycle, from ideation and strategy to delivery and iteration.
With your technical background, you'll be responsible for translating user needs, market insights, and business goals into technical requirements that engineering teams can execute on.
You will be the voice of the customer, ensuring that our AI-driven solution delivers tangible improvements to field sales outcomes. By combining technical expertise with a deep understanding of user experience, you will help Siro build a product that not only meets market demands but drives the future of sales enablement.
This is a hybrid role based in New York City.
Why this role is unique
- Founding Impact: You’ll be a key driver in shaping both the product and the company during a critical growth phase.
- AI Innovation: Lead a cutting-edge product that integrates artificial intelligence to solve real-world problems in the sales industry.
- Cross-functional Leadership: This is an opportunity to collaborate across diverse teams, including engineering, sales, marketing, and customer success, to bring groundbreaking features to life.
What You'll Do
- Collaborate with the founders to define, communicate, and execute the product strategy and roadmap.
- Lead efforts to collect and analyze data from customer interactions, analytics tools, and market research.
- Prioritize product initiatives based on user needs and business impact.
- Work closely with engineering to convert product ideas into detailed specifications, PRDs, and deliverables. You’ll ensure that the team is aligned on both technical feasibility and user experience goals.
- Drive the integration of AI and machine learning to create features that improve user engagement and thereby field sales outcomes.
- Lead cross-functional teams across engineering, customer success, sales, and marketing to deliver high-impact features. Ensure that all teams are aligned and informed on the product vision and timelines.
- Optimize the user experience to enhance product adoption, usage, and satisfaction.
- Own product timelines, managing releases, iterations, and feedback loops. Deliver high-quality features on time.
What Success Looks Like
- Increased product utilization: Drive product adoption and deepen engagement metrics, including increasing the median time spent in the app (main KPI).
- Scalability and reliability: Deliver a product that can scale seamlessly with growing user demand while maintaining performance and reliability.
- Timely delivery: Ensure that the product roadmap stays on track, delivering on key milestones while adapting to evolving user needs.
