We are looking for people located in Stuttgart, Frankfurt or closeby. As Team Lead Account Executive you will play a key leading role in accelerating Spendesk's sales growth in the DACH region, responsible for closing and managing a team of account executives. You will work closely with the Head of Northern EU leadership team in driving performance, market presence & product development. What you will be doing: People: - Build a high performing Account Executive team - Own the team hiring plan; hiring and performance management - Responsible for the onboarding of new internal & external hires - Maintain a strong enablement operating cadence, driving for sales execution - Own teams individual development plans & work with enablement & people team to deliver to growth career progression - Maintain accountability, ownership and well-being of the team - Performance management focused Performance: - Consistently hit individual quota and the team targets - Performance management focused- Responsible for the team weekly operating cadence - Accurately forecast to the head of sales & C-level team - Actively present on team calls and activities to close business (hands on approach) - Build, implement & monitor tactical plans to drive performance - Responsible for on time & accurate reporting of the teams activities & performance to the business Business & Market: - Strong internal stakeholder management across the business - Be responsible for improving continuous processes, tools & materials for the commercial team - Be the eyes and ears of Spendesk on the market - giving valuable feedback to Product team, Marketing team & Leadership team - Drive the German product & marketing strategy based on external market trends
Your Profile:
- 3+ years experience in a SaaS environment, targeting SMBs or mid-market companies
- 1 year of experience managing AEs & holding an individual quota
- Experience building pipeline through outbound
- Data driven & process-oriented
- Deep proficiency in using Outreach tools (Salesloft, Outreached or similar) and Salesforce
- Fluent level of German and English
- Strong ability to coach and bring teams to higher performance standards and hitting targets
- Proven track record of sustained target achievement
