We are looking for a People Partner who will act as a true champion of performance, empowering our managers and their teams to excel. In this role, you will ensure the effective implementation of People Partner processes, provide hands-on support to managers on all People topics, and take the lead on performance management for both individuals and teams.
Key Responsibilities
- Advise, coach, and support managers on all People-related topics: Providing guidance on collective and individual matters such as compensation, career growth, workforce planning, among others. Ensuring People Partner processes are effectively implemented across teams, promoting consistency and fairness. Developing a strong partnership with our People Operations Team to guarantee that all processes remain compliant.
- Drive a high-performance culture by supporting managers with performance management: Identify key talent and support managers in succession planning and internal mobility. Proactively identify cases of underperformance and lead the process for addressing them—including facilitating constructive conversations and supporting development plans. Collaborate on designing and deploying career path frameworks, ensuring clarity and growth opportunities for all employees.
- Act as a trusted partner for rolling out key People initiatives and gathering feedback from the field to inform continuous improvement.
- Develop and execute strategies to consistently elevate our NPS scores across departments, ensuring a continuously improving employee experience.
