We're seeking an experienced Salesforce Administrator to join our Revenue Operations team. As our main SFDC expert, you'll be instrumental in driving operational excellence through system optimization, cross-functional collaboration, and AI innovation. This role combines technical expertise with strategic thinking to support our rapidly scaling business.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the administration and optimization of our Salesforce instance & different modules
- Manage integrations with key tools (e.g. Hubspot, Modjo, Lemlist, Vitally)
- Translate business requirements into effective Salesforce workflows
- Drive AI implementation initiatives within Salesforce
- Ensure data quality and system performance
- Provide training, enablement and support to end users
- Manage security, access controls, and compliance -
- Lead cross-functional projects requiring stakeholder collaboration
What we're looking for
- Minimum 4 years experience as a Salesforce Administrator
- Proven experience managing complex cross-functional projects
- Experience managing external consultants and vendors
- Fluent in French and English
- Deep expertise in Salesforce Sales Cloud configuration and customization
- Strong understanding of Salesforce automation tools (Flows, Process Builder)
- Experience with API integrations and data management
- Proficiency in reporting and analytics
- Excellent project management capabilities
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills

- Ability to translate business needs into technical solutions
