Account Manager

Our treasury platform offers institutional-grade returns with the ease and simplicity of a bank account. With thousands of clients already trusting us and a growing range of products, we’re now looking for an Account Manager to strengthen our sales team and maximize the potential of our existing base. As an Account Manager, your mission will be to build long-term relationships with our clients and develop each account’s value through cross-sell and upsell opportunities. You’ll play a central role in Spiko’s growth by turning satisfied clients into active ambassadors. You will be part of the Sales team and work under the supervision of the Head of Sales.

What you’ll do

Engage existing clients Build strong, trusted relationships with your portfolio of clients Identify cross-sell and upsell opportunities to match client needs with new Spiko products Sales Present new solutions and help clients understand how to get more out of Spiko Negotiate and close expansion deals with the support of the Head of Sales Ensure satisfaction and retention Monitor client usage and performance Anticipate risks of churn and proactively address issues Share client insights with product and marketing teams to help shape our roadmap Keep track and report Maintain an accurate and up-to-date CRM Track your portfolio’s performance and contribution to revenue KPIs

Ideal profile

Experience: 2–5 years in account management, customer success, or sales, ideally in a B2B SaaS or fintech environment Education: business or engineering degree (or equivalent university background) Market knowledge: an interest in finance and financial products; no prior experience required, you’ll be trained and AMF-certified (covered by Spiko) Mindset: ambitious, client-oriented, and eager to grow in a fast-paced sales team Autonomy: able to manage your portfolio and pipeline independently Resilience: comfortable with targets and driven by results Communication: native-level French and strong professional English Tools: solid experience with CRM systems and sales tools
