Swile (swile.co) is a French start-up created in 2017 by French serial entrepreneur Loïc Soubeyrand : Swile offers digital solutions for employee rewards and benefits (meal/food vouchers and corporate gifts) through a card and an app that also helps foster engagement. We disrupted the traditional and outdated French paper meal voucher market and were able to gain significant traction. After mastering meal vouchers, Swile is now tackling new rewards and benefits (meal vouchers, corporate gifts, transportation and commuter benefits, vacation allowances, and more) that will be stored and managed via a single account, card and app.

Our ambition is to enable employers to also improve their employees’ engagement and experience by recognizing key moments and milestones of their lives at work. As such, celebrations (birthdays and work anniversaries), money pots, team events, P2P payments among coworkers are brought together in a single app. As of today, we have raised €11 million (Series A) in 2018, €30 million (Series B) in 2019 and more recently, we completed the third round of fundraising (series C) of €70 million, spearheaded by Index Ventures.

After an in-depth study of the growth potential for Swile across global markets, the company is now into the Brazilian market this year as Brazil is the world’s largest employee benefits market and more generally the perfect place to develop our new HR features namely our “Engagement” offer.

About the role

With the aim to continuously improve the efficiency of our Sales teams in Brazil, we are hiring a Sales Enablement profile in Sao Paulo.

Your goal will be to ensure that Sales and Account Managers are trained and supported on a daily basis in understanding the sales process and the tools that allow us to monitor our performance.

To support you in this mission, you will have by your side Sacha, our Country Ops Brazil, as well as the rest of the Central Sales Ops Team made up of several Sales Operations specialists and Salesforce Admins.

Your mission

  • Build a trustful relationship with local Sales teams and relay key feedback and challenges to Central Sales Ops
  • Identify potential improvements in local sales processes
  • Foster tools adoption and ensure best practices are followed locally
  • Train Sales reps to master dedicated tools: CRM (Salesforce), quoting tool, contract management tool, but also LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Aircall, MixMax, Modjo ...
  • Continuously improve our documentation so that knowledge is shared among Sales teams, including translation of central documentation
  • Ensure Salesforce data is accurate and correctly shared between tools
  • Participate in building Central Sales Ops global roadmap

Who we’re looking for

  • Proven experience in a similar position (Sales Enablement / Knowledge Ops / Sales Ops) Internship included
  • Knowledge of CRM tools (Salesforce / Hubspot)
  • Bilingual English / Portuguese
  • Excellent communicator who will be able to align different teams around the same need
  • Very autonomous and organized, as you will report to a team based in France
