Our data and software independently and accurately validates the impact of carbon projects that capture, remove, or avoid emission whether they are up and running, or in development. Our team is made up of leading minds in climate change from scientists to policy, finance, and carbon market experts. We work in partnership with scientific organizations, universities, governments, and think tanks to develop and implement rigorous and holistic project assessment methodologies, leveraging the latest technology. What will I be doing? 👩💻👨💻 With strong product-market fit and accelerating momentum, we’re now seeking a mission-driven, high-performing enterprise sales leader to join our commercial team in a player-coach role. In this pivotal position, you’ll balance hands-on selling with strategic leadership, driving go-to-market success and regional growth across Asia Pacific.
Specific responsibilities will include:
- Own and exceed individual and team regional revenue targets, leading by example through direct engagement with enterprise prospects and customers.
- Attract and retain top talent in alignment with company and regional growth plans.
- Interface to internal stakeholders as a commercial regional leader, including market feedback, planning, reporting, and forecasting.
- Actively drive new business from prospecting and pipeline generation to deal negotiation and close.
- Partner with and mentor regional team members, sharing best practices and fostering a high-performance culture.
- Collaborate cross-functionally to refine go-to-market strategy, ensuring tight alignment with marketing, customer success, and product teams.
- Expand market presence by identifying new opportunities and building trusted relationships with senior stakeholders across key markets.
- Develop and execute strategic account plans, driving growth across both new and existing enterprise accounts.
- Serve as a trusted advisor, becoming a technical and commercial expert for customers and prospects in the region.
- Drive impact by helping customers solve critical sustainability challenges and increasing Sylvera’s revenue.
We’re looking for someone who: 🧠💚
- Has 8+ years of enterprise sales experience, including leadership or management exposure.
- Is fluent in English; fluency in additional regional languages is a plus.
- Is comfortable traveling to customers and industry events on a regular basis.
- Brings a self-starter mentality, ideally with early-stage or growth-stage experience.
- Has the creativity and drive to generate leads and build opportunities from scratch.
- Is target-oriented with a strong record of meeting or exceeding ambitious quotas.
- Brings structure and clarity to complex enterprise sales cycles.
- Thrives in ambiguity and exercises sound commercial judgment.
- Has a growth mindset — eager to learn, be coached, and develop into a world-class seller.
- Cares deeply about climate and the health of our planet’s ecosystems.
Preferably has:
- An established network across multiple industries.
- Experience in value based selling in large enterprise settings.
- A background in carbon, sustainability, ESG, or ratings solutions.
- Prior experience in international or high-growth companies.
