About the Role
As an International Launcher, you'll be on the front lines of Tebi’s growth owning the launch and operational success of new markets and customers. This is a high-impact, hands-on role that combines strategy, execution, and hustle.
You’ll work directly with restaurants, chefs, founders, and operators to introduce them to Tebi, understand their needs, and ensure they have everything in place to succeed with our platform. Whether it's scouting the market, closing the first set of customers, or refining onboarding playbooks, you’ll be the person taking a market from 0 to 1 and helping it scale from there.
This is an ideal role for someone who’s entrepreneurial, data-savvy, operationally sharp, and passionate about the food & hospitality space.
Responsibilities
- Lead the end-to-end launch of new cities or regions: market research, go-to-market planning, early customer acquisition, and full operational setup.
- Develop and own localized strategies to drive adoption and revenue growth.
- Work directly with restaurants to understand their workflows, identify pain points, and implement Tebi as their core operating system.
- Build strong, trusted relationships with hospitality professionals and act as an ambassador for the Tebi brand.
- Identify blockers and bottlenecks in launch execution, and work cross-functionally to solve them.
- Gather insights and feedback from the field to inform product, ops, and marketing teams.
- Design and execute scalable processes that enable repeatable success in new markets.
- Build momentum fast. Think creatively, act decisively, and make things happen on the ground.
What You’ll Need
- 4+ years of experience in operations, business consulting, banking, growth, or implementation; ideally in a fast-paced, startup
- Proven ability to take something from idea to execution. You’re entrepreneurial by nature and love building from scratch
- Analytical thinker with experience using data to make decisions and inform strategy
- A confident communicator, comfortable speaking with chefs, restaurant managers, and investors alike
- Resourceful and adaptable: you can thrive in ambiguity and wear many hats when needed
- Comfortable with frequent travel and being on the ground where the action is
- Previous experience in hospitality tech, retail operations, or B2B SaaS is a strong plus
