As a Sales Engineer at Transcend, you will be pivotal in solidifying Transcend’s position as a leader in the industry and growing our customer list. In your day-to-day you will be teaching, problem solving, and pairing technical expertise with sales acumen to provide solutions to our customers' challenges.What you'll do
- Partner with Account Executives to understand customer requirements and recommend solutions in order to remove technical and business-related obstacles during the sales process.
- Lead the technical aspects of the sales process, including demonstrations, Proof-of-Concepts, RFPs, design documentation, technical presentations, and enablement sessions.
- Design compelling product demonstrations and presentations, leveraging your deep understanding of Transcend’s products and industry to showcase the technical features and value.
- Collaborate closely with product and engineering teams to communicate customer needs and feedback.
- Stay informed on privacy regulations and industry trends to provide a knowledgeable perspective in every conversation.
- Contribute to Transcend’s broader success through knowledge sharing, thorough documentation, and teamwork.
- A passionate professional with 3+ years of sales engineering experience or 5+ years in a technical, customer-facing role.
- Familiar with REST APIs, databases, and SaaS technology integration patterns.
- Strong technical aptitude, with the ability to quickly learn new concepts and explain them to others.
- You exhibit curiosity, a growth mindset and humility
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or related technical field
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in a sales engineering or technical customer facing role
- Proficiency in demonstrating software and technology solutions
- Willingness to travel as needed to meet business objectives

The pay range for this role is:
150,000 - 245,000 USD per year (Remote - United States)
