Agent Engineer

Description

  • Design prompts and implement functions that guide our AI agents across multiple channels (voice, chat, email)
  • Integrate with customer APIs, databases, and internal tools so agents can execute real tasks
  • Test with live data, measure performance, and fine-tune for accuracy & reliability
  • Collaborate directly with customers to gather requirements, demo solutions, and iterate fast
  • Work closely with Product, Engineering, and Customer Success teams to ship high-quality, production-ready solutions.
  • Contribute to tooling, processes, and documentation that support scalable AI development

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree (or higher) in Computer Science or a related STEM field
  • Excellent Italy and English, written & spoken
  • Experience in technical, customer-facing roles (integrations, solutions engineering, etc.) – a strong plus
  • Hands-on skills with APIs, backend logic, and system integrations
  • Problem-solving mindset, attention to detail, and passion for AI
  • Prior experience with conversational AI or large language models – advantage
