Role Overview

• Build, test and deploy AI agents on the Wonderful platform for enterprise customers
• Write and design prompts, and implement functions that guideAI agents across voice, chat, and email.
• Collaborate closely with Account / Program Management teams and enterprise customers to understand customer needs and existing workflows - and turn them into scalable AI solutions.
• Connect agents to customer APIs, databases, and internal tools in TypeScript so they can execute real-world tasks end-to-end.
• Deliver results under tight deadlines, adapting quickly to shifting priorities and challenges.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree (or higher) in Computer Science or a related STEM field.
• Excellent English, written and spoken + Native German Speaker
• 2-6 years of software development experience (ideally backend).
• Strong understanding of networking, HTTP, APIs, and authentication mechanisms.
• Ability to learn complex customer systems quickly and translate them into technical solutions.
• A flexible, problem-solving mindset with the passion for working under pressure.
• Bonus points for AI experience and/or startup experience
