Role Overview
- Build, test and deploy AI agents on the Wonderful platform for enterprise customers
- Write and design prompts, and implement functions that guide AI agents across voice, chat, and email.
- Collaborate closely with Account / Program Management teams and enterprise customers to understand customer needs and existing workflows - and turn them into scalable AI solutions.
- Connect agents to customer APIs, databases, and internal tools in TypeScript so they can execute real-world tasks end-to-end.
- Deliver results under tight deadlines, adapting quickly to shifting priorities and challenges.
Requirements
- 2-6 years of software development experience (ideally backend).
- Strong understanding of networking, HTTP, APIs, and authentication mechanisms.
- Ability to learn complex customer systems quickly and translate them into technical solutions.
- A flexible, problem-solving mindset with the passion for working under pressure.
- Bonus points for AI experience and/or startup experience.
