Role Overview
- Design prompts & helper functions that steer AI agents across voice, chat, and email
- Integrate Polish customer APIs, databases, CRMs, ticketing, and internal tools so agents can execute real tasks
- Test with live data, measure performance, and fine-tune for reliability
- Meet Polish customers to gather requirements, demo progress, and iterate quickly on feedback
- Work side-by-side with product & engineering to ship solutions fast
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree (or higher) in Computer Science or a related STEM field
- Excellent Polish and English, written & spoken
- Experience in technical, customer-facing roles (integrations, solutions engineering, etc.) – a strong plus
- Hands-on skills with APIs, backend logic, and system integrations
- Problem-solving mindset, attention to detail, and passion for AI
- Prior experience with conversational AI or large language models – advantage
