Description
- Own and lead the delivery of Wonderful to enterprise customers
- Scope requirements, success metrics and integration plans for complex POCs and onboardings
- Lead platform implementation, integrations, and agent refinement to drive successful production launches
- Coordinate with Product, Engineering, and Client teams to align on timelines & SLAs
- Monitor the performance of AI Agents in production
- Identify and execute new AI use-cases with customers to expand impact and adoption rates.
Requirements
- 2-5 years of Technical Project / Program Manager experience; or
- ~4 years experience in top consulting firms/ investment banks/ fast-growing early-stage startups
- Fluent in English, written & spoken and in Portuguese.
- Strong project-management and communication skills
- Comfortable working with APIs, data flows, and change-management processes
- Proactive, hands-on attitude and a passion for AI
- Experience in a startup in a Hyper-growth stage - a big Plus
