Location: New York /London (Hybrid)

Mission:

Drive new business growth by identifying, engaging, and converting qualified prospects into active customers. This role is crucial to accelerating our revenue and expanding our footprint within the in-house legal tech space.

Outcomes (What success looks like):

Source, qualify, and close new business opportunities within your first 3 months

Deliver a minimum number of qualified demos per week

Meet or exceed quarterly revenue targets and pipeline goals

Develop and maintain strong relationships with legal ops, GCs, and decision-makers

Accurately maintain CRM records and forecast deal progress

Experience & Qualifications (Ideal candidate profile):

3+ years of experience in a sales role, preferably within legal tech, SaaS, or a related field

A strong understanding of the legal industry, legal workflows, and in-house counsel challenges

Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales quotas

Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate complex solutions to legal professionals

Experience building and managing relationships with General Counsel and legal teams is a significant plus

Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-growth environment

A self-starter mentality with a proactive approach to lead generation and deal closing
