Biography
Ben is Legal Counsel at Index and joined the team in 2022.
Prior to joining Index, Ben was an associate at Goodwin, where he advised founders and tech companies in all stages of the corporate lifecycle, including formation, financings, mergers and acquisitions, and general corporate governance, and counseled venture capital firms in their investments across a variety of verticals.
Ben received his B.A. degree from Trinity University and his J.D. from UCLA. In addition to his work at Index, Ben enjoys being active and going on adventures with his friends and family.
