Biography
Ishani joined Index in 2023 and invests in enterprise software, with a specific passion for ML, data, and infrastructure. She is especially interested in technologies and products that afford teams new levels of abstraction and enable autonomy.
Prior to joining Index, Ishani conducted robotics and reinforcement learning research at places like DeepMind and CSAIL, where she focused on the development of autonomous agents. Ishani holds a SB in Computer Science (6-3) from MIT and has also spent time at Confluent, Lyft, and Google.
