Kira spearheads the growth across our US Talent network where she focuses on building foundational Leadership teams, and cultivating deep-rooted relationships across the “seal team six” of GTM Leaders. She also spends time guiding founders to shape their strategy around building out initial teams scaling from Europe into the states.
Prior to joining Index, Kira joins us from an impactful chapter at Datadog where she built and led a large global talent org, hiring in top leaders across NA, EMEA, and APAC. Datadog was 300 employees, pre-IPO, and ~$100M in revenue when she joined, and over 10x in both employee-count and revenue, 5 years later!
Kira is a New York native, spending time beyond the workplace running in Central Park, indulging in her addictions to sneakers, delicious foods, great reads, strong caffeine and unique whiskeys. She most recently adopted and raised a golden retriever puppy named Buddy who is now 6 months old!
