We are looking to grow our talented team of marketers. As the Senior Manager of Growth Marketing, you will be focused on new buyer growth. This will be accomplished by partnering with our in-house digital marketers (paid, email, seo, social, etc) and by expanding our business development partnerships.  This is cross-functional role working with internal and external stakeholders.

What you’ll do

  • Identify potential business development and partnership opportunities.
  • Define and execute on a roadmap of business development.
  • Negotiate terms of each partnership. Test varying types of partnership terms.
  • Ensure partnerships result in acquisition of new buyers within our target efficiency.
  • Identify opportunities to acquire new buyers using targeted promotions.
  • Effectively manage the growth budget and report on the performance of initiatives.
  • Assist in reporting on company’s new buyer acquisition performance.
  • Partner with digital channel owners (paid, email, seo, social, etc) to gain insight into the drivers of performance.
  • Identify marketing and product opportunities to accelerate new buyer growth and new registrant growth.

Who you are

  • 5+ years of experience in ecommerce
  • Knowledge of paid media, email, and social media marketing
  • Experience with 3rd party marketing partnerships
  • Proven track record of effective marketing campaigns
  • Demonstrated ability to manage a budget, forecast performance, and report on results
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills. Comfortable creating presentations and presenting.
  • Ability to identify growth opportunities and appropriately size the potential impact.
  • Comfortable and effective as an individual contributor with a relatively high level of autonomy.
