We're looking for a Jr SDR to help us build our sales pipeline through strategic cold calling and lead generation. Recent graduates with strong academic performance and sales or customer-facing experience will work directly with our Sr SDRS and Account Executives to receive training and identify and qualify prospects.
Responsibilities
• Generate qualified leads through strategic cold calling and outbound prospecting campaigns
• Research and identify decision-makers at target accounts to build robust sales pipeline
• Qualify prospects and schedule discovery meetings for Account Executives
• Maintain accurate records in CRM and consistently meet/exceed monthly activity and conversion metrics
Requirements
• Recent graduate (Class of 2024-2026) from a top-tier university with 3.5+ GPA
• Previous cold calling, sales, or customer-facing experience strongly preferred
• Exceptional communication skills with resilience and coachability
• Self-motivated, competitive mindset with strong work ethic and desire to grow in sales
Compensation: $50K base + $30K commission
