What you'll do

  • As a team lead your primary focus will be enabling your team to deliver the best value in the respective categories
  • Build and coach a best-in-class procurement team managing the entire IT supplier base
  • From time to time you will lead and initiate commercial negotiations, including but not limited to contract renewals and setting up new agreements.
  • Manage your team on operational tasks like vendor onboarding and due diligence and P2P
  • You will be tracking and reporting on industry trends to your stakeholders and internally to leadership.
  • You will build and maintain relationships with key vendors and partners.

Who you are

  • 8-10 years of experience in a leadership role in procurement.
  • You have a commercial mindset, and are able to analyze and present complex deals.
  • Experience in payments or other tech companies is an added advantage.
  • You're a natural networker, great in stakeholder management and negotiations.
  • You're well-organized and like to solve problems with a pragmatic approach.
  • You're data driven with an analytical mindset.
  • You're proficient in English; fluency in another language is an added advantage.
  • You have a global mindset, and are able to work across time zones and cultures.
