Merchant Operations Analyst

Are you driven by the challenge of creating efficient processes and delivering impactful results? Do you excel in a fast-paced environment where teamwork and problem-solving are key? If you’re ready to take on the responsibility of ensuring seamless onboarding for merchants and contributing to a growing business, this role is for you. As a Compliance & Onboarding Coordinator in our Madrid office, you’ll play a pivotal role in managing KYC compliance and driving operational efficiency in merchant onboarding. This is an entry-level role with room for growth in an ambitious and innovative company.

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Take ownership as the primary contact for merchants and sub-merchants, ensuring a smooth and effective onboarding experience
  • Conduct detailed reviews and verification of KYC documents, maintaining high standards of accuracy and efficiency
  • Collaborate with your team to to streamline the onboarding workflow, identify opportunities for process improvements and implement solutions that enhance the merchant journey
  • Provide actionable insights and support to internal teams regarding KYC and onboarding processes

About You

  • You take ownership of your tasks and are committed to delivering quality results
  • You’re curious and enjoy finding creative solutions to improve processes and address challenges
  • You communicate effectively and work well in a team-oriented environment
  • You have a strong attention to detail and are comfortable solving operational issues
  • You’re eager to learn more about compliance and KYC/CDD processes, and any relevant experience is a plus
  • You’re fluent in English, and additional languages are an asset
  • You’re available to work a rotating weekend schedule, including public holidays
