As Clinical Lead at Alan, you'll be at the intersection of healthcare delivery, technological innovation, and operational excellence. Your mission is to ensure we deliver outstanding clinical quality at scale while pioneering the future of digital healthcare.

Your core responsibilities will include:

  • Partner with Product and Operations teams to integrate AI technologies
  • Supervise generalists practitioners acting as coordinators
  • Design and implement clinical protocols that scale

  • Mentor and guide our team of external healthcare professionals which includes 15 general practitioners as well as pediatricians, dermatologists, physiotherapists, midwives, and many more.
