Alan is the healthcare super-app offering personalised healthcare & wellbeing to our members.

Founded in 2016 by Jean-Charles Samuelian and Charles Gorintin, Alan is the first independent digital health insurance in France since 1986.

By providing our members with delightful health insurance bundled with innovative healthcare services, Alan’s long-term goal is to help all people have a personalised and accessible healthcare experience.

As of today, Alan covers more than 170,000 members, representing over €100m of annualised revenue. We recently raised a further €185m in a series D funding round bringing the company’s total valuation to €1.4bn. The team is 400+ people and growing. The challenge

We’re looking for someone to help us grow the team from 420+ people to 600 in the coming months, and to help us propose a unique and delightful employee experience to all Alaners.

In details, the mission would lead you to:

  • Deliver an outstanding onboarding experience, ensure values alignment during onboarding and improve onboarding through continuous iteration.
  • Work on program management including design, rollout, communication, reporting and metrics of Benefits & perks, Organizational health, Engagement, Diversity & Inclusion, Learning.
  • Manage Payroll closing in coordination with our Finance team.
  • Contribute to Employee relations development, the Alan way; our CSE functioning is compliant, and does not hamper our public first culture.
  • Deliver an outstanding off boarding experience: driving the whole process with internal stakeholders, paperwork preparation, conducting exit interviews, improving employee/alumni engagement.
  • Identify automation opportunities for all People Operations tasks and administrative processes to help us scale fast and efficiently while always upgrading the Alaner’s experience.
  • Build a strong knowledge base on People matters; maintain appropriate level of process, program, and policy knowledge in order to enable Alaners, raise their autonomy and monitor People ops so that it doesn’t depend on one person knowledge.
  • Complete ad-hoc projects, reporting, and tasks.
