âïž The Key Account Management Team
Our Account Management teamâs purpose is to make our key accounts stay and grow with Alan. We created the team in 2020 and we are now 30+.
We are looking for amazing people to help us take care of our growing pipe on Public Sector accounts (Ministries and other public entities).
Being a Key Account Manager at Alan means joining a team of talented, committed and passionate experts, with different backgrounds.
We move fast, with a lot of ownership, and are proud to tackle big problems!
As a Key Account Manager, you will:
Handle a portfolio of strategic accounts in the Public Sector
Build and maintain strong customer relationships with key stakeholders and display a customer-centric approach to identify the main needs and allow our clients to achieve their goals through Alan
Proactively identify potential signals of dissatisfaction and implement solutions to answer them
Ensure successful onboarding of new accounts and promote Alan health partner positioning to generate massive adoption by employees and admins
Analyze and present consumption reports to customers through business reviews
Identify and execute out-of-the-box initiatives to engage our existing customers
Renegotiate contracts to guarantee both great value for money to our customers and sustainable profitability
Participate in the evolution of our products and services, acting as the voice of our customers when discussing with Product teams
You would be a great fit at Alan if most of this sounds like you:
You have at least 6 years of experience in a customer-facing role including frequent interactions with C-Levels, preferably in public sector space.
You have full working proficiency in French (excellent oral and written communication)
You have at least advanced level in English
You are experienced in dealing with very large organizations and potentially with unions
You have the tact and empathy that make great negotiators
You are an expert in positive lobbying with key stakeholders and create long-term relationship based on trust and transparency
You are very analytical, very comfortable with presenting deep data analysis to clients and solving complex problems
You have great active listening skills and are a master in the art of crafting the right follow-up message
You have a growth mindset: you are able to adapt to new trends and to develop an in-depth understanding of the health insurance market
You are currently based in (or willing to relocate to) Paris.
It is nice to have a previous experience in Insurance or any industry linked to benefits (but definitely not a must-have !)
