The Opportunity

Allara is seeking an Onboarding Payer Operations Coordinator to support the day-to-day execution of provider enrollment, licensing, credentialing, and onboarding activities. This is an entry-level role designed for a detail-oriented, eager individual who is looking to build a career in healthcare operations within a mission-driven, fast-growing company. You will work closely with Specialists and Team Leads to ensure provider data is accurate, applications are submitted on time, and operations run smoothly, playing a foundational role in enabling Allara's providers to deliver exceptional care to patients.

Location: Fully remote Internationally

Your Impact

  • Execute day-to-day provider enrollment, credentialing, and licensing tasks under the guidance of Specialists and Team Leads, ensuring accurate and timely completion.

  • Accurately input, maintain, and update provider data across credentialing databases and internal systems, upholding data integrity standards.

  • Review and process enrollment applications, supporting documentation, and status updates while maintaining quality and compliance with payer requirements.

  • Identify and escalate issues, discrepancies, or complex cases to the appropriate team member in a timely manner.

  • Participate in team meetings, provide status updates on assigned tasks, and proactively learn workflows, SOPs, and systems to build operational expertise.

  • Contribute to a positive, collaborative team environment by supporting process improvement efforts and demonstrating a growth mindset.

Required Qualifications

  • 0–2 years of experience in provider credentialing, healthcare administration, or related operations; recent graduates with relevant internship experience are encouraged to apply.

  • Strong attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy in data entry and document management.

  • Excellent organizational, time management, and communication skills, with the ability to juggle multiple tasks in a dynamic environment.

  • Ability to follow established workflows, learn new systems quickly, and escalate complex cases appropriately.

  • Genuine enthusiasm for Allara's mission and a desire to learn and grow within the healthcare operations field.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Familiarity with credentialing platforms such as CAQH or Verifiable, or data management tools such as Airtable, is a plus.
