About Your Role

You will be part of the Business Operations Team, more specifically the Salesforce experts team !

We are looking for a proactive individual that can help us continually improve and enhance our Salesforce platform, gathering requirements and feedback and designing best practice solutions. User experience is very important to us, therefore the Salesforce Administrator should enjoy all aspects of user management including support tickets, training, and designing solutions with user satisfaction a priority.

Your ultimate target? Making Ankorstore the best in class company on the market to achieve our global ambitions.

You’ll be joining a team with experienced Salesforce Admins and Developers which is growing fast. Mentoring is key and we have a lot to built since Ankorstore moved to Salesforce during Summer 2021 !

Your missions :

  • Design and implement Salesforce for all teams
  • Identify and gather requirements, translating into best practice, scalable solutions with a focus on exceptional user experience
  • Data management to improve Salesforce data quality, implementing rules and automation as needed
  • Salesforce configuration changes, including (but not limited to): Workflow, Process Builder, fields, page layouts, record types, custom settings, dashboards and reports
  • Identify unused or underutilised platform features
  • Monitor and improve user adoption
  • New user and ongoing user training
  • Technical documentation
  • Working with integrated applications including Hightouch, Service Cloud Voice…
  • Build something great, no matter what

  • Experience implementing Salesforce configuration changes, including (but not limited to): Workflow, Process Builder, Flow, assignment rules, approval processes, fields, page layouts, record types, dynamic layouts, apps, actions, custom settings, mobile administration, dashboards and reports
  • English required any other european language is welcome

  • Here we’ll deep dive into your technical and functional skills while reviewing the case.
  • We will then discuss your motivations, expectations and ambitions. And of course all the details about us.
  • We try to close all our recruitment processes in less than 10 days.
