You will be responsible for your country P&L and for leading the company to success. You will have direct oversight of all market-place operations in the country, including in particular: commercial relevance, customer experience, vendor experience & operational profitability, and marketing. You will also be in charge of ensuring sharp execution of the centrally defined improvements/routines, participating in their refinement through the collection of detailed customer/vendor feedback, and leading country related specific projects to reach those objectives.

Main responsibilities include:

  • Define the go to market strategy of your country and drive overall top lineMonitor and be accountable for your country P&L
  • Find new commercial and profitability development areas
  • Provide operations strategic intelligence
  • Run market and user research to continuously improve your knowledge of the market
  • Define and drive action plans to create strong relationships with local stakeholders and ensure Ankorstore predominance
  • Take part of Public and Press Relationship management and be the face of the company in your country
  • Build and manage your team with efficiency by creating a strong performance culture
  • Create a warm and competitive environment for your team’s development
  • Act as a role model leadership
  • Facilitate internal coordination with central functions
  • Ensure regular and relevant reporting / best practices sharing

Preferred experience

The experience we require:

  • Strong experience (minimum >8 years) in managing complex projects / objectives / business units / functions
  • Local knowledge and deep understanding of consumers
  • Strong management and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to manage efficiently multiple teams
  • Strong negotiation skills

Other qualities that would add value:

  • Experience in B2B and/ or retail
